City’s Mobile Office heads to Bloekombos in Kraaifontein

This week the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be availing municipal services at the Councillors office, 15128 Magubudela Street, in Bloekombos this Thursday, 2 May 2024. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the services that will be on offer at this office on the day. 

The details are as follows:

• Thursday, 2 May 2024, from 09:30 to 13:30 at Councillors Office, 15128 Magubudela Street, Bloekombos, Kraaifontein.
  
   
  The City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide-range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
  
   
  'We are bringing the City's services closer to the Kraaifontein community to ensure that residents do not spend time and money on transport. This is a special opportunity to resolve any municipal items that residents have wanted to address. Should you wish to make use of the services on offer do remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,' said the City's Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
